First time order with Redmart and 50% of soju. Packaging needs to be improved.

not bad.

Abit too sweet for my liking. Bought on promotion so still ok.

The bottle is broken when we opened the box!

Like s**t service. I placed an order on redmart the other day and bought 14 bottles of Korean soju because there was a sale and I chose a delivery date and while I was waiting at home with great joy, I didn't wait for delivery. I went into the app and it told me my order had been cancelled and was in the refund process and was expected to be returned to my account within 2-3 days. So I asked the online customer service why my order was cancelled, and the customer service replied that the item was damaged on the way to delivery, so my order was automatically canceled. What a fucked up experience! If you can't afford the cost of doing promotions, then please don't do them. Instead, after the user has placed an order, turn out a ridiculous reason to secretly cancel the user's order and make the user re-order at 3 times the price. It's really b******t redmart, b******t service, and it puts such a rule-abiding marketplace in Singapore to shame.

Taste like cough syrup.... Bleh

Good value overall and it matched the listing. The instructions could be clearer for first-time use.

My initial reaction was mixed because one detail looked slightly uneven. Even so, it performs as expected, so I can live with it.

Shipping was smooth, everything arrived intact, and it has been working beautifully since day one.

I bought this as a gift, and the recipient was genuinely delighted. The presentation and overall quality felt better than I had hoped.
